Terms of service

By installing, accessing, or using the Post Bridge application (the “App”) or the related website at https://postbridge.app (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

The App is provided by Cove Commerce (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The App serves content from a WordPress site that you control from a subfolder on your Shopify store domain, using the Shopify application proxy. Your WordPress installation remains hosted and administered by you. We do not copy, migrate, or take ownership of your posts.

Because the App relies on the Shopify application proxy, your blog is served from a proxy path on your store domain. The exact path available to you is determined by Shopify, not by us.

You must have an active Shopify store to use the App, and you must be able to enter into a binding contract. Your access to the App is tied to your Shopify account, and your use of Shopify is governed separately by Shopify’s own terms.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You retain all rights to the content on your WordPress site. By configuring the App to point at a WordPress URL, you grant us the limited technical permission necessary to fetch and serve that content on your store domain for as long as you use the App.

You represent that you own or are licensed to publish the content you serve through the App, and that serving it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The App can only serve content it can reach. If your WordPress site is offline, password protected, or redirects to another domain, the App will not be able to display it. Keeping your WordPress site reachable, updated, and secure is your responsibility.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access controls in the App, Shopify, or any third-party service.
• Place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including through automated scraping or denial of service.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the App to third parties as a standalone service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

The App is offered on a single Pro plan at $25 per month, preceded by a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins and the subscription fee becomes payable.

All charges are billed in USD through Shopify and are handled by Shopify’s billing system, not by us directly. Recurring charges are billed every 30 days. Because Shopify processes payment, Shopify’s billing terms and refund handling apply.

We may change our pricing. If we do, we will give notice before the change takes effect for your subscription, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.

You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the billing period in which you cancel.

When the App is uninstalled, it stops serving your WordPress content on your store domain. Your WordPress site itself is unaffected.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use poses a security or operational risk. Where practical, we will give notice first.

We aim to keep the App available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App depends on services we do not control, including Shopify and your own WordPress hosting, and interruptions in those services will affect it.

Support requests can be sent through our contact form. We respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

The App, the Site, and all associated software, branding, and documentation are owned by Cove Commerce and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

The App works alongside Shopify, WordPress, and other services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, their terms, or changes they make that affect how the App behaves.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant any particular search engine ranking, traffic level, or commercial outcome. Search engines determine how they index and rank content, and we have no control over their behaviour.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cove Commerce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or search engine rankings, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cove Commerce from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the App, or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify the App or these Terms. When we change these Terms we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
